Anne has accompanied LGBTQ2+ persons since 1992, and has completed the international specialty credential training in TGNB health through WPATH. She provides diversity training for the Sanford School of Medicine and works closely with medical teams in Sioux Falls, and with teams at the Mayo Clinic, the University of Minnesota, and 5 other cities in the U.S.
Latanda has been a practicing therapist since 2013. She specializes in youth and LGBT services. She is not currently accepting new clients, but will be available on TalkSpace this fall (2019). Visit her website for more information.

Tina has been working with the GLBT population both as a professional and an advocate for over 20 years. She is well-versed with the assessment for HRT and referrals for surgery.
Renew Counseling Services
With the growing need of mental health therapy, The Carroll Institute has opened up a new location called Renew Counseling Services. They offer a variety of services: One on One Therapy for those that experience anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders or any number of life’s problems. They provide premarital counseling and couple’s counseling, and continue to provide addiction services as needed.
Renew is a team of dual credentialed and experienced mental health professionals. They are committed to offering safe and confidential services as you engage in your own therapeutic journey. They provide individual, couple and family services for those experiencing personal, relational and psychological issues.

Jerry L. Webber, LCSW-PIP
Jerry is a clinical social worker, licensed and practicing in South Dakota. She received my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work at USD, and her Masters from the University of Iowa. She been a clinical therapist since 2009 following the completion of my master’s degree board certification. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and with couples and families as well.

Krystal Lohff was born and raised in Sioux City, Iowa, but has lived in South Dakota for nearly twenty years. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Dakota and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa. She possesses the CSW-PIP license, the highest licensure for social workers in the state of South Dakota, as well as her QMHP. She has experience working with many groups of people in her time practicing, including:
- Native Americans
- Couple’s Counseling
- Severe and persistent mentally ill adults
- Severe emotionally disturbed children
She has worked for the Minnehaha and Lincoln boards of mental illness conducting mental illness evaluations as well as numerous other government and private organizations serving the South Dakota/Nebraska/Iowa/Minnesota area.
