Falls Community Health

Falls Community Health is a federally qualified health center run by the Sioux Falls Health Department.   Falls Community Health provides complete primary health care and dental care for all ages, including:

•       Care for acute and chronic illnesses
•       Health maintenance and physical examinations
•       Well-child care and immunizations
•       Laboratory and X-ray services
•       Confidential HIV testing and care
•       Free STD testing and treatment
•       Family planning services
•       Behavioral health services
•       Routine and emergency dental care

The Sioux Falls Health Department hopes their HIV/STD awareness campaign, “Protect Your Parts”, will help decrease an increasing trend of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) in the community.  In partnership with the South Dakota Department of Health, Falls Community Health is able to offer free gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and HIV testing, if indicated, during the HIV/STD clinic walk-in hours on Monday from 3 to 7 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. to noon.   Further information can be found at protectyourparts.org
